We understand how important having a properly cleaned lake home is to your peace of mind. We also know that each of us has our way of cleaning. 

We'll take our cues from you and make sure to clean your home the way you expect. We'll pay special attention to the things that matter most to you.

We use name brand products including:

• Lysol wipes, sprays, and toilet cleaners
• Clorox wipes, sprays, and toilet cleaners
• Windex glass and mirror cleaner
• Method countertop spray
• Swiffer (wet and dry) 

We also offer all natural cleaners including white vinegar based solutions, Honest Company and Mrs. Meyer's.

Pricing and Details

 Our cleaning packages are based on square footage of your home and are as listed below. For larger homes, please contact us for pricing.*

• $150 - $175 for up to 2500 sq feet
• $250 - $275 for 2501 - 4000 sq feet
• $350 - $375 for 4001- 6000 sq feet​
• ​*Rates based on size + scope of client need

​Re-Make Beds: ​$10.00 per 2 person bed

Laundry:  $100.00 (start to finish - fully folded) up to 3 loads

• ​$40 per load thereafter

Cleaning includes:

• Sweep/Swiffer + mop of all solid floors
• Vacuum all carpets
• Dust
• Cleaning of toilets, sinks, counters, and bath areas in bathrooms
• Dishes into dishwasher (run) and hand wash of non-dishwasherable items
• Sinks/counters/cooktops wiped down
• All items put away and house is clean

Additional Cleaning Services (at additional cost):

• Window cleaning - interior: $150-$500 (based on size/scope)
• Window cleaning - exterior: $350 and up for single story homes only
• Organize kitchen pantry: $200
• Organize closets: $100 per closet
• Thorough cleaning of ceiling fan blades: $40
• Thorough cleaning of chandeliers or light fixtures: $40 
• Thorough cleaning of blinds: $200 and up
• Wood oil furniture: $10 per piece
• Wood oil wood cabinetry in kitchen/bath: $40 per room

Outside cleaning, boat detailing and boathouse cleaning starts at approximately $150 (each) depending on size and state of exterior space, boat or boat dock.
