Laundry: The struggle with any second home.

There's nothing worse than the scramble to wash (and dry!) all the sheets and towels that seem to multiply over the course of a stay at the lake. It takes almost a full day to get them all properly dried and put away, which means you spend your last day of  what should be lake bliss, in laundry purgatory.

We understand that challenge and can take care of it for you.

Leave all your towels, sheets, dish rags, and any clothes that need to be washed, properly folded and put away to us.  

• We'll make sure each sheet set is properly washed, dried and folded together in the linen closet.
• All towels will be thoroughly washed, folded and placed back in bathrooms or linen closets.
• All kitchen laundry (dish rags, table cloths, napkins, aprons, etc.) will also be properly handled and put away as instructed.
• If it needs laundering, we've got you covered.

So what's Prep My Lakehouse's definition of laundry​?

 Standard Wash and Fold
​$100 (up to 3 loads, $40 thereafter)

From start to finish, anything you leave in laundry baskets, hampers, piled on the bedroom floor, in your bath/shower, or in the laundry room we'll wash and dry.

*Note: only items that are machine washable and able to be machine dried will be laundered.

Dry Cleaning Drop-Off

Need your duvet dry cleaned?

Have clothes or curtains that need to be professionally cleaned?  

We can take them to the professionals for you.  Just let us know, we'll handle it.

Dry Cleaning Pick-Up
$25 + Cost of Bill

Have items that you need picked up at your dry-cleaners?  Just leave us the tag and address of your dry cleaner and we'll pick it up for you.

Making it to the dry cleaners with all you've got on your plate should be the last thing you're worried about.

Make all Beds
$10 per 2 person bed
$5 per single/crib/pullout

Don't worry about fixing the beds, fluffing the pillows, or making sure everything is picture perfect before you leave.

We'll remake the beds and leave the house ready for guests.

No more scrambling or stressing about all your bedrooms. They'll be 5-star hotel ready!

Decoratively Prep Baths
$10 per Bathroom

Nothing makes your bathrooms more luxurious than having fresh, decoratively folded towels ready for guests to enjoy. 

Hospitality and making your guests feel comfortable is part of what we do. Let us add the little touches that make your lakehouse an oasis for all that visit.

Organize Closets

Closets tend to get crammed full of all the things we want to hide when company comes... then we forget and the closets slowly become hidden monsters we're afraid to deal with.
