• Clean patios and exteriors to remove bugs/cobwebs/nests
• Clean boat houses of cobwebs, debris, and big nests
• Cover exterior spigots for winter (add cost of materials if required)
• Set a table for entertaining
• Prepare fresh flowers - per arrangement (add cost of flowers)
• Fill gas on small motorized equipment (PWCs, ATVs, etc) or fill your gas cans (add cost of fuel)
• Take trash (if no trash pick up)
• Charge and cover golf carts
• Replace propane tanks (individual)
• Put out citronella candles/bug spray/tiki torches in patio areas 
• Set fire pit areas (arrange chairs, blankets, pillows, etc) and prep smores kit
• Stock boat dock fridges/areas with drinks, food or supplies
• Boat wipe down (cloth or paper towel wipe down of interior areas and easily reachable exterior)
• Wipe down and cover PWCs
• Fill floats, rafts, and water sport inflatables

• Boat detailing and boathouse cleaning starts at $150 (each) depending on size and state of boat or boat dock
